Role Summary:
Applicant must be a Senior SAP BW/4HANA & Native HANA Consultant with strong experience in data modeling, S/4HANA data acquisition, and enterprise reporting across Analysis for Office (AO), SAP BusinessObjects (BO), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). The role focuses on building scalable data models and ensuring consistent reporting across tools with a focus on Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI/CO).
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Design BW/4HANA models (ADSO, CompositeProviders, InfoObjects, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains)
• Build layered data architecture (Acquisition → Harmonization → Reporting)
• Develop S/4HANA extraction using standard extractors, ODP, and CDS views
• Design BW Queries optimized for AO, BO (WebI), and SAC
• Ensure consistent KPI definitions across reporting tools
• Optimize performance across BW and HANA layers
• Build HANA Calculation Views and SQLScript logic where needed
• Support MM and Finance reporting requirements
 
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
• 7–10  years of SAP BW/BW4HANA experience
• Strong BW modeling (ADSO, CompositeProvider, Transformations, DTP)
• Expertise in S/4 extractors and CDS Views
• Experience with AO, BO (WebI), and SAC reporting
• Strong BW Query design and optimization skills
• HANA performance tuning and pushdown strategies
 
Functional Skills
• Strong understanding of Materials Management (procurement, inventory, valuation)
• Strong understanding of Finance (GL, AP/AR, Cost Center, Profit Center)
• Ability to translate business KPIs into technical models
