Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Engineer to support 2 3 teams by facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing sprint cadence, and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role involves removing impediments, tracking team performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demos)
• Manage sprint backlog and ensure clear documentation
• Remove team impediments and coordinate with stakeholders
• Track metrics like velocity and burndown
• Support release planning and deployment strategy
• Provide regular status updates and reporting

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum or project management roles
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Certifications: CSM / PMP / ACP (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor s degree in relevant field
