Technical Program Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA- Hybrid 3 days

Duration: 12+ Months

Responsibilities

1. *Translate Requirements into Tactical Tasks*: Break down integration strategies and business requirements into actionable tickets, sequencing steps, and delivery tasks for the commercial domain.

2. *Cross-Functional Coordination*: Act as a liaison between IT, Sales Ops, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of system and platform consolidations under tight timelines.

3. *Status Reporting & Risk Documentation*: Provide regular, execution-focused updates on workstream health and maintain documentation of blockers for escalation to the Program Lead.

4. *Workstream Issue Resolution*: Support resolving delivery hurdles within CPQ and Sales domains, coordinating with IT and internal teams to meet roadmap deadlines.

Skills

1. *M&A Integration Program Delivery*: Proven experience leading post-merger integration workstreams across enterprise domains.

2. *Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Management*: Strong ability to manage interdependencies across GTM, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Data integration environments.

3. *Enterprise Platforms & Technology Acumen*: Experience with CRM, customer support platforms, data/analytics stacks, and infrastructure integrations.

4. *Governance & Stakeholder Management*: Ability to drive execution through structured governance, provide executive-ready updates, and facilitate timely business stakeholder decisions.

5. *Hands-On, Independent Execution*: Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying risks, driving resolution, and maintaining delivery under tight timelines.
