Title: Partnership Sales Manager
Location: Piscataway, NJ (100% Onsite)
Travel: Regular travel within NJ & NYC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs). This is a hands-on role focused on managing end-to-end partnership cycles, strengthening executive relationships, and facilitating deal progression across multiple stages.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and expand relationships with leading GSIs across the NJ region.
Represent enterprise digital and platform solutions at a strategic level to partner leadership teams.
Manage full partnership lifecycle from introduction through deal closure.
Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales to advance opportunities.
Track and manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.
Maintain consistent engagement with offshore teams and align across time zones.
Provide clear pipeline updates and stakeholder reporting.
Required Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, or Business Development.
Strong understanding of IT services/GSI ecosystem (Indian IT background preferred).
Must be able to work onsite in New Jersey.
Ability to travel locally to partner offices and NYC.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred:
Exposure to financial services or banking domains.
Experience with enterprise technology products or SaaS platforms.
Experience working with offshore teams.
