Full Stack .NET Lead Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and cloud technologies, along with proven technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of customer-facing web applications.

• Develop scalable and modular applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.

• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Design and implement secure REST APIs, distributed integrations, and service-to-service communication.

• Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, mentor developers, and provide technical guidance.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and security.

• Implement automated testing, including unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical planning, estimation, and risk management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.

• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed integrations.

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, application security, and secure API development.

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Moq, and Jest.

• Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, monitoring, and production support.

• Proven experience leading technical delivery, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing eCommerce or transaction-oriented web applications.

• Experience with booking engines, reservations, inventory, pricing, payments, and order management systems.

• Knowledge of application performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive web design.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
