location: Duluth, Georgia

job type: Permanent

salary: $180,000 - 220,000 per year

work hours: 9am to 5pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Serve as the principal governance lead for multi-year, flagship digital transformation programs, holding System Integrator (SI) partners strictly accountable to budget, scope, and timeline.

Establish and champion a formal Business Relationship Management (BRM) framework, embedded as the primary technology liaison for Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Supply Chain.

Oversee the full operational lifecycle, roadmaps, and configuration of an expansive application estate, including enterprise ERP (SAP S/4HANA transition), CRM, PLM, and MES.

Shape the enterprise data strategy, defining master data management (MDM) policies and guiding the architectural deployment of a robust cloud data platform.

Lead a talented, diverse team spanning product management, development, data governance, and enterprise architecture, systematically shifting the department from project delivery to a product operating model.

Drive the corporate AI and intelligent automation roadmap across the enterprise stack, identifying high-value pilots such as automated planning and predictive maintenance integrations.

Present complex technology initiatives directly to the C-suite and executive steering committees, framing tech debt reduction and platform modernizations as critical business investments.

qualifications:

Must-Haves

12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years operating at a Director or Senior Manager level.

Proven track record leading program governance for large-scale enterprise ERP implementations, with an absolute preference for SAP S/4HANA environments.

Rigorous vendor and SI partner management experience, with ownership over SOW negotiations, contract compliance, and performance escalation.

Demonstrated background working as an operator within a manufacturing, industrial, or complex engineering environment.

Natural ability to navigate C-suite dynamics, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, and articulate technical roadmaps as business-value narratives.

Full commitment to an office-based corporate environment (no remote flexibility).

Exceptional career stability with no patterns of short-term job-hopping.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves

Advanced technical depth within the broader SAP ecosystem (BTP, Ariba, Digital Access) and PLM systems (ideally PTC Windchill).

Prior success designing and deploying a formal BRM model or product operating framework from scratch.

Experience spearheading post-go-live value realization tracking and data architecture governance (eBOM/mBOM, variant configurations).

Master's Degree or MBA.
