Senior SAP PM & Calibration Consultant (S/4HANA)

Required Skills:
7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Calibration.
Proven track record of delivering 2–3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations in validated, regulated environments.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and asset management processes.
Hands-on experience configuring corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and emergency/breakdown maintenance workflows.
Expertise in calibration processes integrated with SAP Plant Maintenance and Quality Management (QM).
Strong knowledge of SAP PM master data, including:
Functional locations and equipment master records.
Maintenance notifications and work orders.
Task lists and equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Experience with SAP QM calibration configuration, including Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs) and sampling procedures.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including GxP standards and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Experience supporting medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
Strong understanding of SAP integration with Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Finance (FI/CO).
Experience integrating third-party metrology software, calibration bolt-on solutions, mobile maintenance applications, and asset-tracking systems.
Technical knowledge of SAP integration technologies, including SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO (PIPO), IDocs, and APIs.
Strong understanding of audit trails, data integrity, traceability, and compliance documentation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance and Calibration solutions.
Design and manage maintenance processes, including corrective, preventive, and high-priority breakdown maintenance.
Configure and maintain SAP PM master data, including functional locations, equipment, notifications, work orders, task lists, and equipment BOMs.
Design and implement calibration processes that integrate SAP PM with SAP QM.
Configure calibration-related quality processes, including Master Inspection Characteristics, inspection plans where applicable, and sampling procedures.
Ensure maintenance and calibration workflows meet GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and applicable regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain complete audit trails, data integrity, and end-to-end traceability to support regulatory inspections and compliance audits.
Collaborate with maintenance, Quality Assurance (QA), laboratory, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Conduct business workshops, process assessments, solution design discussions, and stakeholder reviews.
Integrate SAP PM and Calibration processes with SAP MM, PP, QM, and Finance modules.
Design and manage interfaces with third-party metrology software and calibration bolt-on systems.
Ensure synchronization of Master Inspection Characteristics, calibration test results, equipment statuses, and related master data across connected systems.
Develop and support interfaces using SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, IDocs, APIs, and other appropriate integration technologies.
