You will be a key contributor to Item Master governance, data integrity, and system integration initiatives partnering directly with procurement, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and enforce item naming conventions, item categories, UOM standards, and attribute templates aligned to supply chain policies.
  • Manage item creation, updates, and lifecycle workflows from engineering to procurement to inventory to disposition.
  • Perform Item Master audits, data cleansing, and deduplication to ensure data integrity across Oracle EBS / Cloud environments.

Techno-Functional Delivery

  • Translate business requirements into Oracle functional specifications and work closely with development teams to deliver technical solutions.
  • Design and support Item Master integrations with external systems including procurement platforms, MDM tools, and downstream supply chain applications.
  • Write and review functional design documents (FDDs), technical design documents (TDDs), configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Item Master-related issues across Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and BOM modules.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Partner directly with AT&T business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus on Item Master strategy.
  • Present findings, design options, and project status to both technical teams and executive audiences.
  • Participate in AT&T QBR deliverables, contributing Item Master roadmap inputs and continuous improvement recommendations.

Testing & Quality

  • Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities for Item Master workflows and related integrations.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and defect tracking logs in alignment with AT&T's quality standards.
  • Support cutover planning, data migration validation, and hypercare activities during go-live events.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Oracle EBS experience, with strong depth in Inventory / Item Master module.
  • Demonstrated techno-functional expertise able to write and review SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports as well as lead functional design sessions.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Item Master structures: item attributes, categories, UOM, item relationships, item templates, and organization assignment.
  • Experience with Oracle supply chain modules: Purchasing (PO), Order Management (OM), Bills of Material (BOM), and WIP.
  • Proven ability to manage Item Master data governance programs in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi, ADFDI, Data Loader) for bulk item management.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to lead workshops and present to senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) experience in Product Information Management (PIM) or Product Hub.
  • Experience supporting telecom or large-scale utility clients.
  • Familiarity with AT&T's Oracle environment, supply chain processes, or procurement operations.
