Position: Senior Software Engineer -- JAVA
Location: Des Moines, IA - Hybrid
Salary: up to $145K + excellent benefits

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the development team to create bespoke software solutions.
Offering technical leadership on development initiatives.
Providing mentorship and support to other developers.
Directly collaborating with business partners to ensure quality solutions.
Gain expertise in various technologies and applications to act as the SME.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or 8+ years equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing personnel.
Proficiency in Java EE, XML, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 11, Bootstrap, Foundation, Typescript, NodeJS.
Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles, application architecture, and SDLC.
Familiar with automation tools such Gitlab and experience with Agile methodologies.
Financial Services industry experience is a plus.
