Job Details

Assist attorneys with case management throughout all stages of litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and other court documents
Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness binders, and courtroom logistics
Communicate with clients, vendors, and experts as needed
Assist with depositions, mediations, and in-court proceedings
Utilize eDiscovery tools and trial presentation software effectively

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
3-7+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial litigation, or similar)
Hands-on trial and courtroom experience preferred
Experience with eDiscovery and trial presentation software
Strong organizational and communication skills
ABA paralegal certification a plus
