Direct Client Requirement
Product Manager in our Digital & eCommerce team, you will lead the product domain focused on enhancing our cart and checkout experience. Your role is crucial for improving customer experience by ensuring a seamless, efficient, and conversion-optimized purchase journey, supporting data-driven decision-making across our global platform. You will help define the strategy, roadmap, and take end-to-end responsibility for your products, with oversight from the Senior Product Manager or Head of Product.
Key Responsibilities
Help define the product vision and roadmap for cart and checkout features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Collaborate with engineering, payments, and data science teams to integrate and optimize cart and checkout capabilities into our product offerings.
Own end-to-end product outcomes for cart and checkout functionality, including conversion rates, payment success, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to implement the product vision and ensure a frictionless, intuitive user experience.
Develop requirements at an epic level that align with overall initiatives and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Take responsibility for delivery in your product area, proactively identifying risks and variances to plans, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.

A seamless cart and checkout experience that enhances customer outcomes, reduces abandonment, and drives conversion and revenue growth.
Voice of the Customer
Be an expert on customer journeys and market dynamics related to purchasing functionalities.
Lead continuous discovery activities to adapt product strategy to evolving customer needs and technological advancements.
End-to-End Product Delivery
Define and track success metrics for cart and checkout product domains, including cart abandonment rate, checkout conversion rate, and payment success rate.
Achieve key business goals, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative purchasing solutions.
Identify risks including payment failures, compliance gaps, and performance issues and develop mitigation strategies while guiding the product team.
Stakeholder Communication
Provide regular updates on product status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital commerce with a focus on purchasing domains.
Strong hands-on experience with modern checkout architecture
Previous experience with eCommerce purchase flows
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
