Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations of the Claude platform. The role focuses on user support, troubleshooting, onboarding, and ensuring smooth platform performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide L1/L2 support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed

· Monitor platform operations and identify improvement opportunities

· Support user onboarding and create documentation/training materials

· Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams

· Track operational metrics and generate reports

· Maintain high-quality execution in high-volume environments

· Communicate updates and resolve stakeholder issues

Qualifications:

· Experience in operations/support role (preferably SaaS/tech)

· Strong troubleshooting and technical aptitude

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work in fast-paced environments

· Familiarity with data/reporting tools is a plus

· Willingness to learn AI tools and new technologies
