Job Description:

Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer experience designing and delivering secure, scalable authentication and authorization solutions using the Ping Identity suite (PingOne, DaVinci, PingFederate). Combines platform engineering, solution architecture, and application integration expertise to enable seamless, standards-based digital identity experiences for customer-facing applications.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Design and implement end-to-end IAM solutions using PingOne, PingOne DaVinci, and PingFederate

·         Build and manage secure authentication & authorization frameworks using OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, and SCIM

·         Develop low-code identity orchestration flows using DaVinci for seamless customer journeys

·         Enable MFA, adaptive/risk-based authentication, and identity lifecycle management

·         Integrate IAM solutions with web, mobile, and enterprise applications

·         Collaborate with architects and app teams to translate business requirements into secure IAM designs

·         Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and technology roadmaps

·         Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for IAM issues

·         Manage operational performance, SLAs, and platform reliability

·         Implement identity governance, access controls, and compliance requirements

·         Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices for IAM deployments

·         Monitor and enhance system security posture, audit readiness, and risk mitigation

·         Stay updated on industry trends in identity, zero trust, and customer identity (CIAM)
