Genesis10 is currently seeking a Release Train Engineer - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics and features to deliver value through an Agile Release Train. Key responsibilities include facilitating Release Train ceremonies, managing dependencies, reporting on the health of delivery, and promoting an agile mindset through coaching. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate Release Train ceremonies and manage dependencies
- Report on the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment
- Promote agile principles and mindset through coaching
- Ensure impediments to delivery are resolved quickly
- Protect the Trains from disruptions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements: - Working knowledge of Lean Agile SDLC processes and deliverables
- Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management
- Experience in educating all levels of management within the agile framework (portfolio, program, team)
- Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Process and detail-oriented
- Willingness to be accountable for meeting all deliverable dates for task assignments
- Ability to foster strong collaboration among team members and help the team solve problems
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment

Pay range: $74.51 - $82.51 per hour
