Senior Product Manager – Finance Transformation

Primary Location: San Jose, CA

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Product Manager – Finance Transformation for our premier client in San Jose, CA.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Hospital IT or equally complex systems
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related Required
Experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting. Required 3 Years
Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred Highly desired 3
Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices is preferred.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and supporting software applications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Experience with issue-tracking software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Availability to work on-call or during off-hours as needed to support hospital IT operations.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
