Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

  • Knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, SQL, and AMPscript.

  • Experience with customer data unification, segmentation, and platform integrations.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Certifications:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Certification
