Senior Project Manager PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Duration: 6 12 Months (Potential Extension)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong PeopleSoft HCM expertise to lead Workforce Administration (WFA) and compensation-related initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
Key Requirements:
8+ years of Project Management experience
5+ years managing PeopleSoft HCM projects
Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA)
Experience with compensation processes and payroll-impacting activities
Strong stakeholder, risk, issue, and governance management skills
Proven experience leading projects through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization
Preferred Qualifications:
PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience
Mass Compensation experience
Knowledge of Job Data, Compensation, and Position Management
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification
Experience in higher education, healthcare, or public sector environments
