Required System Admin - Windows/Linux, Atlanta GA - Onsite

Introduction:

This position is for a System Administrator specializing in IT Applications Operations for Airport Systems. The role involves providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of airport applications. This includes application administration, web platform support, user access management, and coordination with infrastructure and security teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for airport applications
• Manage system and web administration tasks
• Handle incident, problem, and request management
• Support change and release processes
• Manage user access and security operations
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
• Ensure documentation and knowledge management

Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in IT Applications Operations
• Windows/Linux system administration
• Web administration (IIS, Apache, SSL, DNS)
• Experience with Service Desk and ITIL processes

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Airport Systems such as SACS, IDMS, CCTV, etc.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
• Operational systems experience
