EHR Clinical Data Solutions Lead
Location: Austin, TX, (Telework) Onsite monthly meeting required and in person pick up of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
•Analyze and document clinical workflows across inpatient, outpatient, and ancillary care environments.
•Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.
•Design, develop, test, optimize, and maintain Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts.
•Perform complex data extraction, validation, and reconciliation activities within Cerner Millennium Oracle environments.
•Support enterprise EHR migration, reporting, and legacy system retirement initiatives.
•Develop and maintain ETL processes, structured data feeds, and flat file extracts.
•Troubleshoot and resolve CCL performance issues and downstream integration challenges.
•Collaborate with clinical informatics teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of healthcare workflows.
•Communicate technical limitations, dependencies, and data constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
•Support batch processing, production support, and system performance tuning activities.
Required Qualifications
•11+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical systems, or EHR data environments.
•Strong hands-on experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL).
•Extensive knowledge of Cerner Millennium architecture and Oracle databases.
•Experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations, migrations, or optimization projects.
•Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
•Experience with SQL, Linux, ETL development, and enterprise data extraction processes.
•Knowledge of healthcare integrations, reporting environments, and distributed systems.
•Experience with REST/SOA development and system integration methodologies.
•Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, Perl, or OCI.
•Experience supporting cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or OCI.
•Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance tuning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•Prior experience supporting Cerner Millennium production environments.
•Experience serving as a Senior Cerner Consultant or Technical Lead.
•Healthcare domain experience within hospital or large clinical enterprise environments.
