Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Mandatory experience with Immuta including production support, policies, access control, and integrations.
  • Experience with Collibra platform/application support and workflow/metadata concepts.
  • Proficiency in AWS services including IAM, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Preferred experience with Redshift, Glue, and Lake Formation.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting.
  • Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
  • Understanding of Immuta integration points with AWS data platforms and Collibra as an external catalog.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Immuta and Collibra platforms.
  • Monitor applications, integrations, jobs, APIs, and platform health.
  • Troubleshoot Immuta policies, data access, subscriptions, tags, and policy enforcement.
  • Support Collibra workflows, assets, domains, communities, metadata, lineage, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch, Redshift, Glue/Lake Formation, and related data platforms.
  • Analyze application/platform logs and perform root-cause analysis (RCA).
  • Handle production incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within SLA.
  • Coordinate with cloud service providers and engineering teams for complex issues.
  • Support deployments, configuration changes, patches, and production enhancements.
  • Develop and support operational scripts using Python, Shell, or SQL where required.
  • Maintain SOPs, KB articles, support documentation, and RCA reports.
  • Participate in on-call or weekend support when required.
