Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and application components based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and server-side application logic while supporting database integration, application performance, and system responsiveness.
- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and quality validation to ensure functionality, performance, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, participate in development activities, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3–5 years of experience in full-stack application development, including frontend and backend development, web applications, database integration, and software testing.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Full-stack development, web application development, object-oriented programming, frontend development, backend development, database integration, RESTful services, application testing, debugging, responsive web development.
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining .NET-based web applications using C# and .NET, including both frontend and backend application components.
- Experience developing applications using JavaScript with .NET to support responsive and interactive web interfaces.
- Experience working with MySQL databases, including database integration, data management, and application-to-database connectivity.
- Experience supporting full-stack application development, including server-side logic, frontend interfaces, database functionality, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in enterprise client delivery environments with formal identity verification, pre-submission screening, camera-enabled interviews, onboarding validation, and ongoing identity verification requirements.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
