As a Data Analyst II, you will be instrumental in analyzing land services data to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance data accuracy, ensuring our team is equipped with the insights needed to succeed. This is a 12-month contract position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel
  • Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
  • Effective communication skills to present insights clearly

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with land services or related industries
  • Knowledge of GIS or mapping tools
  • Familiarity with additional analytics software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Basic understanding of land title or land management processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or related roles
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite in Spring, TX
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote collaboration if needed
  • Any relevant certifications in data analysis or related areas are a plus
