Sr. Infrastructure Engineer (On-prem / VDI)

We are seeking an On-Prem Infrastructure Engineer to support a complex enterprise environment. The primary requirement for this role is deep experience with VMware Horizon VDI. This engineer will help maintain and optimize the on-prem infrastructure while ensuring reliability, performance, and security across critical systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support VMware Horizon VDI environments (primary focus of the role)
• Maintain core infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security practices
• Contribute to documentation, automation, and operational improvements
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware Horizon VDI (must-have)
• Experience supporting enterprise on-prem infrastructure environments
• Windows Server and Active Directory administration experience
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms and core infrastructure services
