Urgent Hiring: Senior Java Microservices Developer | Location: Charlotte, NC

We are looking for a Java Microservices Developer to join one of our direct BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) client. This role focuses on building scalable enterprise applications, event-driven systems, and modern microservices architecture.

🔹 Must Have
• Strong experience with Java / J2EE
• Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or messaging platforms (JMS)
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• BFSI / Banking / Payments domain experience
• Exposure or understanding of AI technologies or AI-enabled applications
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployments

🔹 Preferred
• Monitoring & observability tools such as Splunk or Grafana
• Knowledge of payment systems or ISO messaging
• Experience working in Agile environments
