Job Title: Project Manager – Oracle EBS

Location: Remote (ET Hours)
Duration: 6+ Months

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, capable of managing complex implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, while effectively engaging stakeholders across business and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
Manage post-production support and ensure smooth system operations
Drive project execution from initiation through closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
Collaborate with C-level executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Coordinate and manage global delivery teams
Conduct project planning, risk management, and status reporting
Facilitate key project meetings, workshops, and milestone reviews
Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Project Manager
Proven expertise in managing full lifecycle EBS projects (implementation, upgrade, support)
Experience working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders
Strong project management skills with ability to handle distributed/global teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to Oracle Cloud technologies (nice to have)
Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financial modules (nice to have)
Experience in enterprise-scale environments

Travel Requirements:

Primarily remote role aligned to Eastern Time Zone
Travel required to Michigan (MI) during:

Initial project phases (introduction & design)
Key milestones and critical meetings.
