#### Key Competencies
- **.NET Technologies:** Extensive experience working with .NET 8 or newer, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core for enterprise-grade solutions.
- **Programming Languages:** Highly proficient in C# and hands-on with TypeScript for both backend and full-stack development.
- **Cloud Platforms:** Track record of architecting applications in Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Kubernetes (AKS).
- **Database Expertise:** Demonstrated mastery of RDBMS such as SQL Server and PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL platforms, including CosmosDB.
- **Architectural Design Patterns:** In-depth understanding and real-world application of microservices architecture, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and CQRS principles.
- **CI/CD and DevOps:** Robust experience automating build and deployment processes using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
- **Scalable Systems:** Skilled at designing, implementing, and reviewing scalable, robust, and secure cloud-native application architectures on the .NET stack.
- **Leadership and Mentoring:** Capable of guiding development teams (5–10 engineers), providing mentorship, conducting technical reviews, and supporting professional growth.
- **Process Improvement:** Define and enforce technical guidelines, reusable patterns, and coding standards across engineering squads.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and transform them into actionable architectural plans.
- **Coding Excellence:** Remain hands-on with coding, focusing on mission-critical modules, core frameworks, or proof-of-concept development.
#### Preferred Profile
- **Professional Experience:** Minimum 8 years in software development, with 3+ years focused on architectural design and strategy for distributed applications.
- **Team Lead Experience:** At least 2 years in a technical leadership or engineering management capacity within Agile teams.
- **Educational Credentials:** Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- **Advantageous:**
- Certifications in Azure, .NET, or architecture frameworks.
- Prior work with large-scale or recognized enterprise organizations.
- Experience driving technology adoption and major transformation projects.
