Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys driving accountability, and can effectively coordinate multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
This individual will serve as a key partner between business leaders, IT teams, data teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives move forward efficiently and successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses exceptional emotional intelligence, and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
One of the primary initiatives will be supporting the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization. While this role is not responsible for the technical implementation of Copilot, it will be responsible for driving adoption, facilitating collaboration, gathering use cases, measuring success, and ensuring business alignment throughout the rollout process.
The organization currently has multiple AI initiatives in flight, several more in planning, and a growing need for someone who can create accountability, remove roadblocks, and ensure strategic priorities continue moving forward.
Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Manage multiple strategic business and technology initiatives simultaneously.
- Coordinate approximately 5 active initiatives while helping prioritize a larger project backlog.
- Track progress across active projects and proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Drive accountability across teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and status reviews across business and technical teams.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and maintain visibility into project health.
- Bring structure and discipline to a growing transformation portfolio.
Executive Communication & Reporting
- Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, status reports, and steering committee materials.
- Clearly communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and recommendations.
- Present updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly messaging.
- Create visibility into project health, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
AI & Copilot Program Support
- Support enterprise rollout and adoption initiatives related to Microsoft Copilot.
- Facilitate AI Success Forums designed to collect and share business use cases.
- Build and maintain a repository of AI and Copilot use cases across departments.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven productivity improvements.
- Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and engagement analytics.
- Identify groups with low adoption and help develop engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with AI, Data, and IT leadership teams.
Cross-Functional Business Partnership
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, data teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Support initiatives involving AI, business intelligence, automation, data modernization, and enterprise technology projects.
- Assist with data-related initiatives including Azure Data Lake readiness and governance efforts.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
Tools & Methodologies
- Utilize Jira to manage projects, track workstreams, and report on progress.
- Drive structured project governance and operational discipline.
- Support the evolution of future PMO and transformation management practices.
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience.
- Experience managing enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build executive presentations and communicate with senior leadership.
- Experience working closely with IT, software development, infrastructure, analytics, or data teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills.
- Experience using Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
- AI adoption, AI enablement, or Generative AI program experience.
- Experience facilitating workshops, use-case discovery sessions, innovation forums, or change management initiatives.
- Exposure to Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects.
- Experience working with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data platform initiatives.
- Experience supporting transformation offices, PMOs, or enterprise change programs.
