Network Engineers partner with early with developers, testers, and program managers to turn complex ideas into rock-solid, high-performance services for IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers. They blend deep technical expertise with a sharp understanding of caregiver needs, business goals, and compliance standards to design smart, scalable systems that hit every KPI from quality to cost. Whether they're fine-tuning architectures, hunting down service gremlins, crafting innovative fixes, or jumping into disaster recovery drills, they always own the challenge-solving problems once and for all. With a keen eye on data, capacity trends, reliability, and long-term performance, they ensure every solution ships on time, runs securely, and stays resilient. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 3 or more years of related experience
• Experienced in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
• Experienced with Scripting with one of PowerShell, Perl, Ansible, VB Script, Python, SQL.
• Experienced with n-tier solutions.
• Experienced with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Healthcare environment
• 4 or more years of related experience
• 3 or more years of experience working as a Network Engineer in a organization with 10,000 or more employees

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
