Summary

About the Role:

The Web Event Operations team manages the setup, workflow, and monitoring for over 1,100 live webcasts, annually. The webcasts are customer facing, for-sale learning products with up to 15,000 attendees per broadcast. You will work with multimedia teams throughout the Association and across the globe to coordinate the setup of global web events. You will contribute in working with internal partners, external subject matter experts and the multimedia studio to ensure the production of web events. Work closely with multimedia, member services and other internal stakeholders. Support lead manager with web event related projects. This role is hybrid remote/in office.

You Will:
  • Work with our teams to ensure event setup across multiple delivery and learning platforms including AirTable, Bridge and ON24.
  • Be the event monitor for events in US time zones/globally, answering technical support and CPE questions.
  • Perform assigned web event setup steps such as uploading webcast media and materials.
  • Perform quality assurance/quality control for each event ensuring successful event console setup.
  • Provide support to internal teams including the Global engagement center and Multimedia related to webcasts.
  • Escalate technical errors to vendors as needed
  • Resolve event issues in real time
  • Identify potential improvements and recommend enhancements that lead to improvements in the quality of deliverables.
  • Cultivate partner relationships to understand their needs and expectations, incorporating feedback to enhance processes.
  • Support lead manager on webcasts related projects
  • Promptly and professionally respond to stakeholder emails

You Have:
  • 2+ years' related experience
  • Associate's degree or certification

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $50,000- $55,000
