SAP Successfactor Consultant
We are looking for an Employee Central Payroll Lead (not an SAP ECC Payroll Lead). The details of what we are looking for are below.
SuccessFactors – Employee Central Payroll Lead
Client facing
SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is required (non-negotiable)
Multiple ECP implementations is required
Prepare workshop materials
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops
Draft and deliver PDDs (process definition documents)
Actively involved in configuration (very hands on role)
Draft and deliver Payroll related functional specifications, for payroll related interfaces (e.g. General Ledger)
Lead and manage team of 2-3 offshore resources
Participate in payroll data migration (YTD) discussions and planning
Periodic travel to Delaware or other east coast states is required
Support defects and testing
Support and actively participate in cutover
Workshops begin May/June 2026
Go-live is April 2027
Utilities experience is preferred
