Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication, identifying potential sales opportunities, managing sales processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to devise marketing strategies, providing top-notch customer service, participating in training sessions, and implementing sales management practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for building and sustaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and sales success.
- Experience in Training to enhance team performance and ensure knowledge sharing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to support marketing and sales initiatives
- Preferred experience in industries such as IT, Government, Healthcare, Education, or Telecom.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
