We are hiring a Senior Embedded Firmware Developer to support a large-scale broadband networking program. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Embedded Linux, OpenWrt, WiFi firmware development, and networking protocols.

Mandatory Skills:

✅ 10+ years of Embedded Linux development using C/C++
✅ Strong OpenWrt development (Packages, Feeds, Kconfig, Patch Management)
✅ Linux Kernel Networking Stack
✅ TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, MAP-T, RIPv2, OSPF
✅ WiFi 6 / WiFi 6E / WiFi 7 (802.11ax/be)
✅ Qualcomm IPQ and/or Broadcom Platforms
✅ Device Tree, Kernel Modules & Board Bring-up
✅ Kernel Debugging (Panics, Watchdogs, Memory Leaks, Performance Tuning)
✅ Python & Shell Scripting
✅ Git/GitLab Workflow
✅ Technical Leadership & Mentoring Experience

 

Only candidates who can work onsite in Denver, CO and possess strong OpenWrt, Embedded Linux, and WiFi firmware development experience will be considered.
