Job Title:- SAP S2P (Source-to-Pay) Enablement & Support Specialist / SAP Business Process Consultant

Location:- Remote (EST) with occasional travel to NJ/NY

Duration:- 12-24 Month Contract (Strong potential to convert)

Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori users.
Support Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, Inbound Logistics, and related business processes.
Work directly with business users to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and improve SAP adoption.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, testing, and post-go-live support.
Support training efforts, create user documentation, and coach end users.
Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with business and IT teams to enhance SAP processes.
Escalate system defects and enhancement requests to the appropriate SAP teams.

Required Experience

3+ years supporting SAP S/4HANA in a business-facing, functional support, Key User, Super User, or Business Process role.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori.
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, Purchasing, or Inbound Logistics processes.
Experience supporting UAT, business process improvements, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within the fashion, apparel, footwear, or retail industry is REQUIRED.
Must be based on the East Coast and able to work EST hours.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting SAP Fashion Suite.
Experience participating in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
