responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement & Process Design
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement enhancements to business data processes, workflows, and user routing tables to maximize efficiency.
- System Upgrades: Lead the testing and seamless rollout of new master data systems and functional enhancements.
- Proactive Analysis: Design and execute SAP queries and ad hoc reporting to proactively identify data inaccuracies and drive systemic updates.
System Troubleshooting & Root Cause Resolution- Strategic Problem Solving: Triage data issues and act as the primary point of contact for project analysis, moving beyond quick fixes to implement long-term, systemic resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with internal partners (Data Sync, Global COE, Functional Experts) to identify friction points in the data lifecycle and build better interfaces between operations and systems.
- Data Management: Coordinate material data creation and updates in SAP using streamlined, highly efficient methods.
Governance Standardization & Enablement- Standardizing Quality: Drive the highest standard of data quality by optimizing compliance evaluation processes and supporting internal audits with robust, repeatable governance structures.
- Process Documentation: Design and maintain streamlined process diagrams, troubleshooting documentation, and Material Data Management procedures.
- Capability Building: Develop and facilitate training sessions for internal teams and external departments to promote best practices and drive adoption of enhanced data processes.
qualifications:
- Strong proficiency and experience with Veritas.
- Deep functional knowledge of the SAP landscape, with an eye for leveraging the system to improve workflows.
- Expertise in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance).
