Title: Senior SDET Automotive Engineer with Python

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior SDET Engineer to lead test automation and validation efforts supporting OTA and connected vehicle testing platforms. The engineer will design and enhance automation frameworks, lead technical investigations, perform root-cause analysis, and drive test environment stability and automation readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance test automation frameworks.
- Develop advanced Python-based automation solutions.
- Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Drive test environment stability and automation readiness.
- Develop and execute automated validation strategies.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot complex system and software issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Partner with engineering stakeholders to achieve validation objectives.
- Improve test efficiency, reliability, and automation coverage.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and test evidence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–7 years of experience in software test automation, validation, or quality engineering.

Strong experience with OTA validation, connected vehicles, ECU, or embedded software is highly preferred.
