Infor XA EGLI/EFIN
Position: Infor XA EFIN / EGLI Functional Consultant (Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant)
Location: Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infor XA EFIN and EGLI professional with strong expertise in Enterprise Financials, General Ledger integration, financial process design, system configuration, implementation, and support. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing Infor XA financial solutions, ensuring seamless integration between financial and operational modules, and enabling accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Infor XA Enterprise Financials (EFIN)
Configure and support EFIN modules including:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Divisions
- Currency Management
- Financial Consolidation
· Design and maintain chart of accounts and financial structures
· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
· Manage multi-company and multi-currency accounting requirements
· Troubleshoot financial posting, reconciliation, and balancing issues
Enterprise General Ledger Integration (EGLI)
- Configure and maintain EGLI financial event classes, models, ledgers, books, and posting rules
- Design event-driven accounting processes using ATP (Advanced Transaction Processing)
- Configure automatic journal creation from XA transaction modules
- Support dual-ledger and parallel accounting requirements (GAAP, IFRS, Local Statutory)
- Investigate and resolve GL interface, event posting, and journal generation issues
- Develop and maintain financial audit trails and compliance controls
Integration & Process Support
- Support integration between EFIN, EGLI, and XA modules including:
- Materials Management (MM)
- Procurement Management (PM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- OBPM/RBPM Production modules
- Inventory Management
- Validate financial impacts of operational transactions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with business users, auditors, and technical teams
Project & Support Activities
- Participate in implementation, upgrade, migration, and AMS engagements
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and Financial Validation
- Develop SOPs, reconciliation procedures, and support documentation

Experience
Lead Consultant
- 8+ years of Infor XA experience.
- 5+ years of EFIN/EGLI implementation and solution design experience
- Experience leading finance transformation or ERP implementation projects
- Team leadership and customer-facing consulting experience
