Summary

The CRM Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, QA, and execution of CRM email campaigns. The role focuses on ensuring campaign accuracy, audience quality, and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise and experience with campaign automation platforms, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially email campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign design, setup, testing, QA, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure campaign strategies align with business goals.
  • Perform quality assurance testing before launching customer communications.
  • Write SQL queries, validate campaign data, and troubleshoot issues related to campaign logic, workflows, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor campaign deliverability and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and campaign optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain campaign quality and accuracy.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Responsys.
  • 5+ years of hands-on campaign development experience using platforms such as:
    • Adobe Campaign Classic
    • Unica
    • Oracle Responsys
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong experience with SQL (SQL Server, SAS, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HTML and email design principles.
  • Strong understanding of campaign workflows, relational databases, and backend processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Target.
