Role: Salesforce Senior Developer

Location: Columbus,OH

Duration: 12+ Months
Work with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Salesforce platform.
Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back office systems (often through the use of middleware tools) and complex code and data migrations. Experience in these aspects of a Salesforce project is a must.
Lead development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment, often working with other team members.
With project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort, determination of required resources, and set a realistic schedule for development.
Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks.
Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum 24 months experience understanding of Salesforce Security configuration and user management.
Minimum of 6 months experience with web application development including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.
Minimum of 12 months Lightning Component development experience.
Minimum of 36 months experience with Salesforce platform programming languages - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component framework.
Experience with Webservice/API, SOAP, REST.
Experience developing for Salesforce Community Portals
Experience working on Salesforce Omnichannel configuration and routing.
Experience working on Lightning Web Components.
Experience building Salesforce mobile apps preferable using Mobile SDK.
Experience with Swift programming language for IOS or similar for android.
Minimum of 6 months experience with Lightning Design System framework.
Minimum of 36 months exposure with Salesforce Declarative and custom coding using Apex
Minimum of 36 months experience with declarative Force.com development tools such as Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Skills
Experience developing mobile apps using Salesforce Mobile SDK on ios and android.
Experience building Telephony interfaces for Case Management Applications in Salesforce
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
