Job Title: Senior Product Manager Media Studio

SMC empowers brands and agencies with audience creation, media activation, and identity solutions. The Media Studio portfolio includes products such as CUE, SET, and ID Graph, driving innovation in advertising, data intelligence, and identity resolution.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the Media Studio portfolio. You will collaborate with product leadership, engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product operations, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Gather and document requirements (user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria).
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data reviews.
• Assist with QA, product demos, presentations, and release documentation.
• Track post-launch metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Support to capture feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1 2 years in Product Management, Product Analyst, or related role.
• Strong interest in digital media, ad tech, or data-driven products.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with agile processes, JIRA/Confluence, Excel/Sheets (SQL a plus).
• Preferred: Exposure to media/ad platforms, identity solutions, or data products.
