Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for an Application Architect with deep expertise in Informatica data integration and a strong foundation in Accounting and Finance domains. The selected consultant will lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise data flows connecting financial source systems, data warehouses, and reporting platforms. This role will ensure financial data integrity, scalable architecture, and alignment between business and technology objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define the end-to-end application and data integration architecture for finance and accounting systems, aligning technical solutions with enterprise financial goals.
- Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration strategies, and metadata management solutions utilizing Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Enforce data governance standards and data quality controls to ensure financial data accuracy and audit compliance.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and framework documentation for integration and delivery teams.
- Guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and serve as the technical liaison between finance stakeholders and IT delivery groups.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Information Technology experience required, including at least 4 years specializing in enterprise application architecture or solution architecture.
- Proven track record designing large-scale data warehousing and ETL solutions utilizing Informatica technologies including IICS, PowerCenter, and Data Quality required.
- Solid working knowledge of core financial and accounting concepts required.
- Experience integrating financial ERP systems with data lakes, enterprise data warehouses, and reporting tools required.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge complex technical concepts and business finance teams required.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field highly desired.
- Certifications in Informatica or cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform highly desired.
