 Position: Business Analyst Location :: Plano, TX 
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Project Management

• Collaborate across departments and divisions to develop comprehensive solutions.

• Serve as the primary liaison between technology infrastructure and Quality Control business areas.

• Translate strategic leadership initiatives into actionable, practical processes.

• Clearly communicate business needs to Product Owner teams to foster productive dialogue around adaptable solutions.

• Oversee change management by reviewing user stories and facilitating user acceptance testing.

• Support security functions by managing access requests and conducting regular user entitlement audits.

• Promote transparency by utilizing available tools to share information across teams.

Business Engagement & Collaboration

• Partner with Quality Control teams to identify and implement operational efficiencies.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships across departments and divisions.

• Negotiate effectively and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with Product Owner teams to deepen mutual understanding of business challenges and solutions.

• Provide clear analysis, present solution options, and deliver progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to write and interpret simple SQL queries for system issue diagnosis and trend analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of mortgage/financial banking data metrics.

• Experience working within Agile project management frameworks.

• Proven ability to simplify complex information for audiences with varying levels of expertise.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain acceptance in sensitive situations while maintaining relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
