Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Basis Administrator with strong expertise in managing SAP S/4HANA systems on RISE with SAP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HANA database administration, performance tuning, and day-to-day SAP Basis operations, along with strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage, administer, and support SAP S/4HANA systems on RISE with SAP, ensuring system availability, stability, and compliance with best practices.
  Perform SAP S/4HANA Basis administration activities, including system monitoring, user administration, transports, upgrades, and patch management.
  Monitor and analyze system performance and proactively identify potential issues across SAP application and database layers.
  Lead and execute HANA database administration activities, including performance tuning, capacity management, and health checks.
  Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues in SAP S/4HANA and HANA databases in collaboration with SAP, infrastructure, and application teams.
  Support incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
  Coordinate with internal teams and SAP/RISE support for issue resolution, system maintenance, and upgrades.
  Document system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to explain technical issues, risks, and resolutions.
  Required Skills & Experience:
• 
  Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Basis Administration.
  Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA systems on RISE with SAP.
  Solid expertise in SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning.
  Strong understanding of SAP system performance monitoring and issue resolution.
  Experience handling database and system-level troubleshooting independently.
  Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA or SAP Basis.
  Experience working in enterprise-scale SAP landscapes.
  Familiarity with ITIL-based support models.
