- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience
- Vocational training or associate degree preferred
- Ability to read service manuals and basic diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows)
What We're Looking For:
A dependable, customer-focused technician with strong
mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assist with installation of commercial food equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
- Follow safety standards and service procedures
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
- Provide a high level of customer service on-site
- Manage assigned tools, vehicle, and inventory
- Support on-call, weekend, and after-hours service needs
