Job Description:

The Cloverleaf Technical Lead plays a key role in transforming healthcare through innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care and business operations.
This position is responsible for leading development efforts, managing integration platforms, and providing advanced technical support across enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong development expertise, integration experience, and the ability to guide projects from inception through implementation.

Core Competencies And Responsibilities:

Development And Technical Leadership:

Perform development activities following established standards and procedures.
Maintain code repositories and version control using GitHub.
Manage projects through inception, elaboration, development, testing, and implementation phases.
Utilize technologies including Elixir, Erlang VM, Node.js, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, D3.js, C#, , T-SQL, MS SQL Server (2008 2014), Couchbase, HTML5, Domain Driven Design, and NoSQL.
Complete unit testing and participate in peer/code reviews.

Integration And Platform Support:

Provide support for integration platforms including Cloverleaf, MuleSoft, MoveIT, Microsoft BizTalk, and internally developed platforms such as Waterpark, FHIR services, and FAUX.
Deliver advanced troubleshooting and user support across all organizational levels.
Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability of integration solutions.

Collaboration And Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Document system designs, processes, and technical solutions clearly.

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in Information Technology.
Strong development and integration platform experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience in healthcare IT environments is a plus.

Skills:

Integration architecture and platform support.
Full-stack development expertise.
Database management (SQL and NoSQL).
Project lifecycle management.
Troubleshooting and technical leadership.
