Title:  IT Helpdesk
Location: Boca/Fort Lauderdale, FL
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $25.00 – 30.00/hr

IT Helpdesk

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of IT experience.
• Technical troubleshooting expertise, both onsite and remote for end-users
• Experience with a ticketing systems
  • Preferred platforms : JIRA
• Experience with security and network devices, including:
  • Fortinet Firewalls
  • Cisco Access Points
• Network Experience
  • Wifi
  • Ethernet

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills – this role is the primary IT point of contact (POC ) for the Miami station.
  • Must be adaptable and able to handle diverse personalities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Other tools used in the team: Okta, Zscaler, MDM
