Requirements

8 years or more experience in Databricks, AWS, data engineering, and lakehouse architecture leadership

Proficiency in Apache Spark, PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, SQL, and Delta Lake

Experience in designing scalable batch, streaming, and event-driven data pipelines

Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, data quality frameworks, and observability

Experience in data architecture, dimensional modeling, governance, lineage, and cloud data platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale lakehouse and cloud data solutions

Design reusable data pipelines supporting analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and operational workloads

Translate business requirements into technical architectures, delivery plans, and engineering patterns

Guide engineering teams through solution reviews, technical standards, and implementation strategies

Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data platform delivery

Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering, automation, and modern data platform capabilities
