Senior Data Governance Analyst / Program

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Governance Analyst to support an enterprise Data Governance Program within a public-sector environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data governance, business analysis, SQL, data warehousing, data lineage, and enterprise data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze enterprise data management processes and identify governance gaps.
• Develop data governance policies, standards, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Lead requirements elicitation and cross-functional stakeholder discussions.
• Support data lineage, metadata management, and data cataloging initiatives.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, business requirements, and RACI matrices.
• Support data quality, data stewardship, and data ownership initiatives.
• Work with SQL, relational databases, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Facilitate data access governance, data sharing, and enterprise data management initiatives.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to implement sustainable governance practices.
