Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with 12+ years of experience managing complex technology projects across the full SDLC. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding combined with proven expertise in project planning, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and resource plans.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, product, QA, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical project plans and deliverables.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage project scope, requirements, change requests, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
• Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage vendor/partner relationships and ensure delivery against commitments and SLAs.
• Coordinate application development, integration, testing, deployment, and production-readiness activities.
• Work closely with technical leads and architects on application modernization, cloud, data, infrastructure, and integration initiatives.
• Manage release planning, deployment schedules, production cutover, and post-production stabilization.
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and compliance requirements are maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, Agile practices, and project governance.
• Mentor project team members and provide leadership across complex technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Technical Project Management / IT Project Management.
• Strong experience managing enterprise technology projects and full SDLC delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and system integrations.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong experience with project status reporting, dashboards, RAID logs, and governance.
• Experience with application modernization, digital transformation, or cloud initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification preferred.
• CSM, SAFe, or other Agile certification is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, data platforms, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, or other enterprise-domain experience is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
