Description
This remote contract position involves managing and supporting enterprise-level messaging and event-driven platforms.
The role requires expertise in a specific messaging technology, with responsibilities including deployment management, troubleshooting, and integration with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage multi-environment deployments, including Development, QA, Performance, DR, and Production.
Conduct cluster sizing, broker management, partition strategy, and capacity planning.
Troubleshoot issues at the producer, consumer, broker, and cluster levels.
Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and multi-cluster replication strategies.
Ensure security through TLS, mTLS, RBAC, ACLs, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support enterprise messaging platforms.
Oversee deployment strategies across various environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Integrate messaging platforms with cloud and CI/CD tools.
Implement and maintain security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in supporting enterprise messaging platforms.
3 years of hands-on experience with a specific messaging technology.
Experience in managing multi-environment deployments.
Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and integration patterns.
Preferred certifications in relevant technologies.
