Location: New Jersey - Remote - 50% Travel in NJ
Experience: Relevant experience in Content Operations / Digital Asset Management (DAM)
We are looking for a skilled Content Operations Consultant with experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM), content lifecycle management, metadata, and taxonomy.
Key Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva Vault MedComms, and/or Aprimo
Expertise in metadata management, taxonomy, tagging, and content classification
Experience with content intake, review, approval, publishing, archival, and retirement
Knowledge of content migration, data cleanup, quality checks, and remediation
Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and user guidelines
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated-industry experience preferred
